This is a final stretch of tape from the collection of Mark Moss, son of former KAAY PD Wayne Moss.
And, it's Wayne in the afternoon of Saturday May 29, 1971. He's doing his show remote in the KAAY FunMobile from Pennys Auto Center. They have a few technical glitches along the way, but hey it's live radio and Wayne gets through it okay. The newsbreaks are from Holiday. The aircheck is untelescoped with a few breaks in continuity.

It is January 26, 2026. Fifty-two years ago tonight was the first Emerson, Lake and Palmer concert at Barton Coliseum in Little Rock. (The second ELP concert at Barton was in 1977). It was a huge event for live prog rock shows in Little Rock, produced by Dan Garner's company - Carousel Attractions. Garner also founded KLAZ-FM - broadcasting rock music in the "quadraphonic" early surround-sound signal format. Later, Garner was a pioneer in direct-broadcast satellite video industry.
