This picture recently popped up on the KAAY-AM The Mighty 1090 Facebook page.  Barry McCorkindale put the question out there, "who was this?  Dale Seidenschwarz knew:

"Robert 'Bo' Marshall.  He was Win Paul Rockefeller's security man."

 Robert Lusk also mentioned, "...also a former LRPD public information sergeant."
