A Pair Of Crosleys

I've had these radios for quite some time...both were typical "barn radios", having been put in storage in an old shed, then given away.  I happened to be in the right place at the right time!

The Crosley on the left ("Delux White") is a Model 10-135 AM table radio; these were made in 1950.  Except for some fading of the silver paint on the knobs, it cleaned up pretty well.  This one's nickname was the "Coloradio" and came in several other colors, which coincided with its model number.  I think this one will take a little TLC and come back strong.

The Crosley on the right ("Gulf Green") was called the "Serenader", AM table model 11-117U...this radio was made in 1951 and came in numerous colors, which coincided with it's model number.  I believe that, with the shape it's in, it'll also come back with some time & TLC.

What did you listen to KAAY with?
