KAAY's Signal And Power

Dave M. and I have been discussing what Drew questioned a couple of days ago, about the signal "not being what it used to be".  Dave remeinded me and directed me to a discussion on Radio-Info.com Discussion Boards.  If you don't have a log-in for this site, go ahead and register...it's free and it's a good site.  For those who just want to view the pages, here are the links:

Now, Dave did a curory quick read over the threads and mentioned that the information about the antenna phasors and power divider network is not entirely correct.  There may be a couple of other inaccuracies as well, so take it with a grain of salt.  The MAIN issue is that KAAY has been issued an STA (Special Temporary Authority) for lower power.

In the Arkansas board, there are lots of discussions of Arkansas radio.  Of course, there are a LOT more boards within Radio-Info of interest.

Thanks to Dave M. for the heads-up!
