With all the recent comments regarding the "elegantly appointed Blue Goose Restaurant", here's an audio clip for your listening pleasure: It's taken from the 40th KAAY anniversary broadcast of the Timeless Tracks radio show.  You will hear the origin of the  Elegantly Appointed Blue Goose as well as the time listeners across the country were asked to mail napkins to the restaurant (due to a shortage ?!).
